This program centers on self- protection techniques, esteem, discipline, focus, leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the age, our pupils will be stronger, have improved health, and a powerful mind body link.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
