This program centers around self- protection methods, esteem, discipline, focusand leadership abilities, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. Overall, regardless of what the age, all our students will be more powerful physically, have better health, and a strong mind body connection.<br><br>Teen and Adult App<br><br>The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker.
