Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino Resort announces the grand opening of "The Buffet." The newly remodeled 8,000-square-foot buffet features live action food stations, in which guests can get a wide array of culinary delights, made fresh to order. Diners will have the opportunity to try new menu options such as sautéed pasta, grilled steaks and rotisserie chicken, wok items, hand-served gelato and omelets made to order at Sunday brunch. Under the guidance of Sous Chef Mark Alcala, The Buffet features additional items made fresh daily and hundreds of recipes will be rotated by section weekly.
